Just gotta respond to this.
My understanding of the free market mechanism is that the reason everyone=
hates it is because not only did it evolve on the right of society but it=
got extreme about its rightwingedness! Its by far the most successful del=
iverer
of goodies so far invented and my mission is to bring it back into the
centre as a delivery mechanism.
I believe that if you make sure everyone in the community is a 'customer'=
then we create a disruptive change which uses the successful free market
model to deliver bleeding edge services. Its all a matter of semantics,
don't get hung up on the free market model if you've not given it some se=
rious
thinking as to how to evolve it towards the centre!
cheers

I'm certain we can do better than the above, strikes me that the=3D20
commercial aspect puts a spanner in the works instead of improving the=3D=
20=3D
experience, I think the franchisers are stealing the efforts of the=3D20
franchisees. Note t
>at it mentions Joltage is winding up, this follows=3D20=3D
a great deal of literature on commercial wireless start-ups failing=3D20
while community free efforts flourish.
I think I can compare this situation to the Internet versus MSN at its=3D=

MSN,=3D20
gated, pay to get on =3D3D wireless AP start-ups.
If we want to do more than have fun; generate a vibrant digital valley=3D=

economy, I think the basic resource needs to be a
