Unsure how else you would do it practically - wires means wayleave costs,
permission for crossing public roads etc., insurance for putting it up,
insurance for it falling down etc.
Using LLU means being a telco before BT will talk to you, or let you in
the exchange to install equipment - costly equipment.
Baseband (EPS8/9) would be practical, but an unneccessary high cost when
wireless is available.

Apart from what I've seen on hebdenbridge.co.uk, were they're any other
"decisions" made ?
